- Unlimited emails (returned in 24 hours) and texts (returned within 8 hours)
- Two 15 minute check-in emergency calls per month if needed
- 2 personalized detailed action plans will be provided during the 3 month relationship, one at the middle and the other at the end of the three months. The action plans will have practicable and attainable tools and strategies that support your goals and facilitate sustainable shifts.
