This program it is based on commitment, accountability and discipline and it will be achieved through intense empowerment and guidance workshops. Women’s Holistic Life Coaching – Consists of one on one in person, Skype or phone sessions with Dr. Colón Stephens integrating body, emotions, mind, and spirit to help access your full potential and become powerful creators of the life you desire and deserve.
